Refund & Return Policy

At Easy Start Print, we specialize in custom-made and print-on-demand products including T-shirt prints, wall art, packaging, and personalized designs. Since most of our products are made specifically for each customer, our refund policy is designed to reflect the custom nature of our work.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customized nature:

  • T-shirt Prints (Large & Bold Prints)
  • Prints for Kids
  • Creative Wall Prints
  • Client Favourite Designs
  • Print on Base Products
  • Gift Prints
  • Custom Prints
  • Custom Pet Portraits
  • Custom Packaging
  • QR Code Integration Products
  • Any fully personalized or made-to-order items

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will offer a free replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered (not matching order details)
  • Print quality issues caused by production error
  • Missing items in the order

Conditions for Claims

To process a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Share your order details and invoice

Custom Order Approval

Since all custom products (including designs, text, images, QR integration, and packaging) are made as per customer approval:

  • Once a design is approved and production has started, no cancellations or changes are allowed
  • Errors in approved designs provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Replacement orders will be shipped based on product availability and production time
