Overview
At Easy Start Print, we provide custom printing and personalized products including T-shirt prints, wall art, packaging, QR code integration, and custom designs. Each order is carefully produced and shipped with attention to quality and detail.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom products (including designs, pet portraits, packaging, and QR integration) may require additional design approval time.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Production Time
Since most of our products are custom-made:
- Standard custom prints: 2–5 business days
- Complex designs (pet portraits, bulk orders, packaging): 3–7 business days
- Bulk or corporate orders may take longer depending on quantity
You will be notified if additional production time is required.
Shipping Time
After production is completed:
- Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days
- Other Locations (India): 5–8 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volume during peak seasons
We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide order details and supporting images/videos
- We will review and offer a replacement or resolution where applicable
